There are many different types of therapy that our clinicians utilize. Ms. Rogers is certified in EMDR therapy, which has been proven effective for those who have survived traumatic events. Other clinicians utilize Cognitive Behavioral or Humanistic Therapy. In any case, you will work with a clinician who is skilled, compassionate, and non-judgmental. The relationship between client and counselor is imperative for effective healing, so it is important to find someone you feel comfortable talking to.
